OTC resides in “the cloud”, and houses tyre data from a huge assembly of tyre suppliers across all tyre categories from around the world. This data is constantly updated, cleansed, formatted and indexed so it can be made available for delivery to CAM customers and partners.
OTC can be setup to automatically manage your tyre stock codes, reducing the need to have a member of staff having to manually create new tyre stock codes every time a manufacturer adds new lines to their portfolio. Using OTC to automatically manage your tyre stock records ensures you always have the latest stock records available when booking in new stock deliveries. Using OTC to automatically manage your tyre stock records ensures that all your Cameo tyre stock records have up to date tyre labelling, key billing, weight, cubic capacity, pattern, other tyre specific data and tyre images. OTC can be setup to monitor a designated email box for manufacturer/supplier price files (PRICAT), allowing the manufacturers/suppliers invoice price and stock quantity to be automatically imported as standard cost and also for display using Cameo Best Buy functionality. OTC can be used automatically manage obsolete product lines, codes flagged as obsolete can be highlighted different colours in stock enquiry screens and grouped ready for deletion when required.
